The Real is Southern California InterVarsity’s annual gathering of Black students that challenges students in lordship, mission on campus, and discipleship. InterVarsity -Black Campus Ministries (BCM) in Southern California invites you to hear powerful preaching, experience dynamic worship, build lasting friendships at The Real.

Students will interact in relevant worship, hear powerful messages, and build community with one another. On Friday night, we will also hold an open-mic café, allowing students to showcase their talents. For many Black students, there are too few opportunities to gather with a large number of other Black Christian students for spiritual influence, community, and input. Therefore, The Real is a safe space to share, discuss, pray and express the many issues facing the black community in America today.
