Leaders are faithful (they do what they say they’ll do).
Leaders are teachable (they are open to direction from trusted mentors).
Leaders are available (they have time to prioritize building this community).
Leaders don’t have to (and shouldn’t!) know every mystery of God and the Bible, but are eager to learn and love others well.
Leaders spend generous amounts of time praying and preparing life-giving spaces for all of USD to encounter God.
